Oliverio invites you to Sorprendente, a poolside food festival celebrating Italian cuisine, local and international wineries and the freshest seafood and ingredients in Southern California. Featuring handmade pasta demonstration, a head-to-head Chef's challenge and interactive entertainment, hundreds of Angelenos will enjoy an evening of bottomless cocktails and all-you-can-eat samples and hors d'oeuvres while mingling beneath the stars.
