Unwrap the Magic

This holiday season, Beverly Hills will glisten with wonderful décor. Bring the entire family out to the historic Beverly Hills City Hall at the corner of North Santa Monica Boulevard and North Crescent Drive to watch a magical projection show unravel before your eyes.

• Dates: Thursday, November 16, 2023 through Monday, January 1, 2024.
• Time: Every half hour from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m.

Glowing Gardens at Beverly Cañon Gardens

Experience stunning and sparkling light sculptures at Beverly Cañon Gardens, adjacent to The Maybourne Hotel Beverly Hills. Marvel and interact with the installations up-close for some picture-perfect holiday snapshots!

The installations are illuminated nightly: 

• November 16, 2023 through January 1, 2024
• 5:00 to 11:00 p.m. 

Ride the “Jolly Trolley”

The “Jolly Trolley” is back! Take a special ride on the historic Beverly Hills "Jolly Trolley" that picks up at the corner of Rodeo Drive and Dayton Way at Two Rodeo. The festively decorated trolley car will take visitors to the "Unwrap the Magic" projection show at City Hall. It will drop-off at the corner of North Crescent Drive and North Santa Monica Boulevard. The trolley will take approximately 30 minutes to loop back to a stop with 15 minutes between stops.

Lights on the Lily Pond

Enjoy a festive light show at the City's iconic Beverly Gardens Park at the Beverly Hills Sign & Lily Pond! The show will take place beginning November 16, 2023 through January 1, 2024.

Showtimes:

• Nightly every 15 minutes from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Love Actually Live!

LOVE ACTUALLY LIVE, the critically acclaimed theatrical experience, makes a triumphant return to commemorate the film’s 20th anniversary! Set within a picturesque London cityscape, iconic scenes from the film are displayed on screens alongside all-star singers and a live orchestra. L.A.’s quintessential holiday tradition at The Wallis in Beverly Hills brings together friends and loved ones in an awe-inspiring winter wonderland, where film and live action seamlessly intertwine!

• Dates: November 22 to December 30
• Doors open: 7:30 p.m.

Rodeo Drive

Continuing a long and celebrated tradition of immersive holiday decor, Rodeo Drive is transformed along its center median from Santa Monica Boulevard to Wilshire Boulevard with Up, Up & Away Holiday, where teddy bears ride on toy hot air balloons. The palm trees along the Rodeo Drive median are wrapped in magical warm white miniature lights, while the palm fronds on each tree drip in more than 30 rain drop warm white lights. Festive street banners installed along Rodeo Drive poles are bathed in warm white miniature lights to complete the holiday look, in addition to an enhanced audio system playlist on weekends.

Santa Claus & His Reindeer

Perhaps the most favorite and nostalgic of all holiday decorations in Beverly Hills is Santa’s sleigh and reindeer flying above the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Beverly Drive.

Close by is South Beverly Drive with many dining and shopping options.

Stop by Friends of the Beverly Hills Library from November 22 to November 29 for exclusive Beverly Hills Bookstore merchandise! Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles: Hooray for Holidays at The Saban

“Hooray for Holidays” at The Saban celebrates the season with the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles singing over twenty timeless holiday melodies from the golden age of cinema’s Meet Me in St. Louis, White Christmas and Mame to contemporary classics The Polar Express, The Muppet Christmas Carol, The Nightmare Before Christmas and Love Actually.

Los Angeles’ favorite holiday tradition will be more special this year as Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles is joined by five-time Emmy Award winner and Grammy nominee Wayne Brady. With dance numbers and a few surprises in store, “Hooray for Holidays” will surely be something to shout about!
