Al Mare, Amore Culinary Experience

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, The Peninsula Beverly Hills will host the Amalfi Coast’s Hotel Santa Caterina for an exclusive pop-up with their signature restaurant, Al Mare.

The hotel’s Chef, Giuseppe Stanzione, will bring a taste of coastal Italy to Los Angeles, where he will collaborate with The Peninsula Beverly Hills' Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience, “Al Mare, Amore'' on the Belvedere Terrace from February 7- 25, 2023, Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 to 10:00 P.M.

To celebrate the month of romance, guests are invited to experience either a four-course or six-course tasting menu, to be enjoyed on the Belvedere Terrace by the iconic Robert Indiana LOVE sculpture. Menu highlights include Eggplant Parmigiana, Spaghetti Al Limone con Scampi, Grilled White Seabass, Signature Cow-buffalo Ricotta Cheesecake, and more.
