Chef Tsutomu (Tom) Sagara was trained in Japan as a traditional Japanese cook and a sushi chef. With his creativity he makes his original recipe sauce and took the sushi experience to a whole new level while keeping the old tradition alive. Picking the freshest fish and top quality ingredients is the core to Boss Sushi’s beliefs in giving only the best dining experience to our customers.
