DINE AROUND THE WORLD
Beverly Hills offers a wide variety of ethnic cuisines from
around the globe. During California Restaurant Month, join us from
January 7 - January 13, 2013 to experience authentic special dishes
and cocktails at some of the city's wonderful restaurants.
Visit participating Beverly Hills restaurants during this week
to experience the vast array of global cuisine from French,
Spanish, Italian, Indian, Vietnamese, Austrian, Venezuelan and many
more, all within the city's 5.7 square miles. Restaurants
participating in "Around the World in Beverly Hills" will offer a
special off-menu authentic dish and cocktail such as Smoked Trout
"Pofese" (a baguette stuffed with smoked trout farce, soaked in egg
and pan seared in olive oil) at BierBeisl and The French Letter
(Hennessy Cognac, Pineau des Charentes, Dolin Dry Vermouth and
Pinot Gris) at Bouchon. Bon appetit!
